With over 20 years' experience across operations, people and organisational leadership, Vaughan has held senior and executive leadership roles across growing and complex organisations. As a former Chief Operating Officer and Head of People, he has helped high-growth international businesses strengthen operational delivery, scale teams and build leadership capability through periods of rapid growth and organisational change.
PartScale was founded to give founder-led businesses access to experienced operational and people leadership through a flexible fractional engagement, without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive.
