With over 20 years' experience leading operations, people and organisational transformation, Vaughan has held executive leadership roles across high-growth and complex organisations. As a former Chief Operating Officer and Head of People, he has helped high-growth international businesses strengthen operational delivery, scale teams and build leadership capability through periods of rapid growth and organisational change.
